Pamsula Zen of Westchester Zazenkai

This Saturday morning, August 23rd, we will hold a zazenkai from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.

Location: Room 43 of the Community Unitarian Universalist Congregation at 468 Rosedale Avenue in White Plains.

Teacher: Rev. Daiken Nelson Roshi

This zazenkai includes six periods of zazen, five periods of kinhin, a Dharma talk, and opportunities to meet one-on-one with the teacher to ask questions and discuss your practice.

Newcomers and experienced meditators welcome!

The zazenkai will be followed with a potluck lunch. Please bring a dish to share.
