Jaseem Abid on "An Incremental Approach to Compiler Construction"

Details
Jaseem Abid (https://blog.jabid.in) presents "An Incremental Approach to Compiler Construction” by Abdulaziz Ghuloum. Download the paper here: http://scheme2006.cs.uchicago.edu/11-ghuloum.pdf
The talk
This is a paper Jaseem has been toying around for a very long time. He spent quite a lot of his weekends hacking on an implementation (http://github.com/jaseemabid/inc). It's an educational approach to writing your first compiler and it should be quite valuable to a large number of everyday software engineers. Jaseem will be showing some code, present a heavily annotated paper and leave people with some ideas that they might be able to play around with.
