What we’re about
This meetup is to help Poway, Rancho Bernardo & Scripps Ranch parents learn tips on how to help their children grow in the areas of social/emotional development, behavior regulation, independence and academic success.
By joining the group, you will be invited to trainings on a variety of topics including positive parenting, positive discipline, potty training, teaching play skills, setting up play dates, designing morning and evening routines (bath time, homework, etc.) and using mindfulness and yoga to support your child's emotional growth.
