Settling and soothing parental stress...

Do you need a short time in your day to replenish? This is an opportunity to share what is hard, to gain a sense of community with other parents whose battery is low after the long Covid months. It's a safe space to open up, to hear one another, to join short meditations and to be offered some perspective on the self-compassion needed to manage the strain of daily parenting.... with a view to the idea of weekly meet ups (my website is www.family-sos.org if you need to see my credentials for facilitating this group).
