Join us for a relaxed late-morning walk along the Dyke Marsh Trail at Belle Haven Park, followed by a laid-back hangout at Gustave Le Jardin beer garden in Del Ray.

THE PLAN: We'll meet at 11:00 AM at the Belle Haven Park parking area (off the GW Parkway just south of Old Town — plenty of free parking). Look for us near the Mount Vernon Trail entrance by the marina. We'll do an easy, flat out-and-back of about 1–2 miles at a social pace — this is about conversation, not cardio. The trail is gravel and flat with beautiful Potomac views, and yes, it's stroller-friendly this time!

Around 12:30 we'll head over to Gustave Le Jardin (2207 Mt Vernon Ave — about a 10-minute drive) to relax, grab a table, and keep chatting. They're kid- and dog-friendly with a great non-alcoholic selection, so everyone can raise a glass.

WHAT TO BRING: Comfortable shoes, water, sunscreen, and your stroller or carrier — both work great on this trail. Or feel free to skip the walk and just meet us at the beer garden around 12:30. When you RSVP, drop a comment letting us know if you're joining for the walk, the beer garden, or both — it helps us know who to look for, and we'll genuinely be keeping an eye out for you.

If your plans change, no judgment, just update your RSVP so we have an accurate headcount. We're keeping this low-key: show up as you are.

Can't wait to see you!
