About us
I’m Tristan — a food & wine photographer, and I also run bistro ambassador networks for Gaillac wines (and, separately, Beaujolais wines).
Most of the events I organize are B2B / professional: tastings, winemaker–restaurant meetups, working lunches, wine contests and industry gatherings. But from time to time, I open a few dates to wine lovers.
The idea is simple: offer enthusiasts a privileged, friendly table — shared with other amateurs, and sometimes alongside a few professionals (winemakers, chefs, journalists, bloggers) who are simply there to enjoy the moment.
One important point: I don’t take any commission on these public events.
You pay the restaurant directly, and 100% of your contribution goes to the venue hosting us.
