Passionate Food Lovers!

If you are a passionate foodie and love great restaurants, dinner parties, cooking, talking about food, sharing recipes, and meeting wonderful new people, then this group is for you!

The group welcomes all friendly, fun, and passionate food-lovers, especially in the 40+ age range, who want to meet other like-minded individuals to share great food and conversation with. Possible event locations can include acclaimed restaurants, casual-but-incredible pizzerias, artisanal bakeries, and even dinner parties at member's homes.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME AND WHY I STARTED THIS GROUP:

I have always been food-obsessed and eventually became a very passionate home cook. I always seek out the very best food, regardless of where I am. Sincerely, I don't care if it's a 3 Michelin-starred restaurant or a taco truck...great food is great food. For example, I have been to "3 Michelin-star restaurants" Le Bernardin, The French Laundry, Providence, Per Se, and Alinea, but also to many of the best pizzerias in the country...Razza in Jersey City, Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix, Mozza in LA, and the iconic New Haven trio of Sally's, Frank Pepe & Modern Apizza (Sally’s was my favorite!). Starting this group is about sharing my passion and love of food with other food-lovers, whether at an amazing restaurant, food truck, or cooking at someone's house.

I can't think of a better way to bring people together than through food, conversation, and laughter. And yes, having a good sense of humor is essential...at least for this group. Life is too short not to.
