What’s happening this Friday
4:00 - 6:00: Open House & Individual Spiritual Study
Feel free to stop by and visit. Hosts are available to answer questions, orient you to ECK books or materials, and give you a tour of our home in NYC. If you’re looking for a quiet moment to do a spiritual exercise, read a book, or maybe even meet with a friend, this is a great time to visit. It’s also a great time to learn more about Eckankar if you’ve got questions!

6:00 pm - 6:50pm Sound of Soul Event: Sing HU to Be in Tune with the Rhythm of Life
You are invited to join others in chanting HU, an ancient mantra, for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion in which you are invited to share your spiritual experiences, ideas, and questions.

7:00 pm–8:15 pm: What is the Path of Spiritual Freedom? An Introduction to the Basics of Eckankar

When you’re encountering a spiritual path for the first time, it can often take a while to understand what it’s really about, but in our fast-paced city, time is of the essence. This event is designed to provide a clear, honest, and joyful introduction to the core concepts that guide all students of Eckankar. This will help you determine if it aligns with your current spiritual goals.

We welcome people from all teachings, backgrounds, and experience levels. Come ready to listen, ask questions, and share your own spiritual journey with others.

8:15 pm–9:30 pm: Fellowship
Fellowship is your chance to meet with old friends, meet new ones, share stories, and laugh a lot. Sometimes these spontaneous moments are where the deepest connections and conversations happen. We might even have food too!

What is your dream of having spiritual freedom and personal confidence?

Experience this special in-person spiritual discussion event called ECK Roundtables where you can explore a spiritual topic with up to 12 people in a lively discussion, led by a specially trained ECK Spiritual Aide. Don't miss this opportunity to join in this engaging and transformative conversation.

This ECK Roundtable will explore ways to live life with greater awareness of the divine attributes each of us possess as Soul, the True Self, an Eternal, Creative Being, Unlimited and Unique.

As Spiritual Beings here for the Human Experience, it is sometimes easy to forget our own true nature. Together we can share ways to accept and embody spiritual freedom and confidence, the challenges and obstacles that we may face, and the creative spiritual techniques that can offer a new perspective. Come as you are—knowing that you are already the Divine Soul, perfect and complete!

Learn simple spiritual exercises to help you remember and understand your dreams, and share how guidance, insight, and inspiration can come to us while we sleep.

You are warmly invited to our online spiritual discussion titled “Experience Spiritual Freedom Through Your Dreams,” based on the booklet ECKANKAR Key to Dreams, to be held on Sunday, January 25, 2026, from 11:00 am–12:00 pm. We will cover Chapter 3 titled “Spiritual Freedom.”
