At this Sound of Soul event, you are warmly invited to join others in chanting HU, an ancient mantra, for about twelve minutes, followed by a short time in contemplation. This will be followed by a spiritual discussion in which you are invited to share your spiritual experiences, your ideas and ask your questions.

Singing HU can bring healing for body, mind, and spirit. It enables you to open your heart to experience the miracles that occur when you give and receive love.

Experience the transformative power of the HU chant at our Sound of Soul event. Join us for a 12-minute session of chanting this sacred sound to connect with the divine within yourself. Discover the peace, clarity, and spiritual growth that comes from immersing yourself in the uplifting vibrations of the HU. A facilitator-led spiritual conversation will follow the HU song.

Discover how tapping into the divine energy within you is the ultimate key to healing and transforming your life.
Each of these in-person spiritual discussions will explore our true nature as Soul and offer an opportunity to explore health and healing from a spiritual viewpoint. During each session of this series, the facilitator will share tools, practical spiritual exercises, and lead an interactive conversation where attendees can share their spiritual experiences. Come to one, two, or all three classes. Each class will offer a review before going deeper into the exploration of the spiritual nature of health and healing.
In his book, Harold Klemp, the spiritual leader of Eckankar, explains how you can see yourself and your health from a higher perspective:“All of the help that comes to us is from the Holy Spirit, whether it comes in a dream or through the help of a friend or a doctor. The trick is the discrimination that you need: to tell what’s good for you and what’s not good for you.

You are invited to join us for in-person spiritual discussions, titled Connect with the Healing Life Force within You: Live with Vitality and Freedom” where we can explore the inspiration in the booklet ECK Wisdom on Health and Healing, written by Harold Klemp, the Spiritual Leader of Eckankar. (It is not necessary to have the booklet to attend. Please see more information below.)
The spiritual discussions will be held on three Fridays during the month of September.

Let’s discuss how obtaining self-mastery and placing our attention on our spiritual nature can allow us to rise above the stress of daily challenges and can open us to divine love and spiritual wisdom. Join us for this conversation and perhaps discover your next step.
