- This is a guided raft trip on one of the most scenic rivers on the East Coast, the Lower Yough!
- Try your hand at whitewater raft guiding (with a crew of other adrenaline junkies) on the east's most versatile stretch of whitewater, featuring 18 Class III-IV rapids over the course of 7.5 breathtaking miles of scenic river valley.
- If you are looking for a little more fun, I am doing this, you can upgrade to a Duckie (inflatable sit-on-top kayak) or a Shredder (very stable pontoon like raft)
Carpool it 7:00 at the Park-and-Ride I-70/I-695, trip is at 10:30 if you want to meet at the rafting location!

I recommend people bring the following:
- cash for dinner/driver/photo of trip/ t-shirts
- shorts, t-shirt, tennis shoes
- NO FLIP FLOPS are allowed
- Change of clothes for the ride home
- sunscreen
