Independence Information Day is a full day of inspiration, information, and connection designed by and for the neuromuscular community.

From the moment you arrive, you will have the opportunity to meet exhibitors, network with fellow attendees, and explore the support and services available to you.
Throughout the day, you will hear from a range of speakers and take part in interactive workshops covering the topics that matter most from navigating university and employing a personal assistant, to accessible travel and employment opportunities.
You will also be part of a landmark moment as we officially launch our Hoists in Hotels campaign to get ceiling track hoists in hotels. We aim to unveil our vision for a United Kingdom where disabled people can travel with dignity, independence, and confidence.
