About us

Pattern Shift Tokyo is a group for people interested in practical psychology, communication, behaviour change, and the patterns that shape how we respond to life.

Many unwanted behaviours are not just bad habits or lack of discipline. They are often part of an internal chain: a situation triggers a meaning, the meaning creates a state, the state activates a belief or self-image, and the behaviour follows.

This group explores that chain through free webinars, workshops, and discussion-based events on topics such as self-sabotage, avoidance, emotional reactions, people-pleasing, honest communication, confidence, identity, and changing old patterns.

The focus is practical, not theoretical: how to understand what keeps a pattern in place, and how to create more choice where the old response used to take over.

You do not need any background in psychology, coaching, or NLP. This group is for thoughtful people who want to understand themselves more clearly and make meaningful changes in how they think, feel, communicate, and act.
