Panama City A Cappella Chorus is the local chapter of Harmony, Inc., an international women's a cappella organization specializing in 4-part barbershop harmony with the mission of empowering ALL women through education, friendship, and singing. If you're a singer, enjoy a challenge, want a new hobby, and want to meet a great bunch of ladies who love to sing, we may be just what you're looking for! We strive to provide education and performance opportunities for vocalists at all levels - while providing a fun and informative 'voice lesson' every week.
Our rehearsals are relaxed and inviting - wear casual clothes and comfy shoes, and bring a bottle of water (or 2). Staying hydrated is just as important to vocal health as to physical health! You will meet women from all walks of life brought together by the love of vocal harmony. We are a sisterhood of ladies who came to sing, but stay for the many friendships made within our group! We perform a wide range of genres - love songs, patriotic music, tunes from every generation including the 50's, 60's & 70's, as well as religious/gospel, and even a number of contemporary hits from singers like Adele and Maroon 5! You are bound to find something you like! And if you love to sing as much as we do, you are going to really enjoy singing with our chorus.
