Lestarya Tuadi Molloy
Lestarya is the CEO and Founder of Fridie Outdoors. Fridie Outdoors is empowering people to get camping by making the know-how accessible offline through the Fridie Outdoors app. She was selected for the inaugural REI Embark accelerator program. Most recently, she won first place at Westside Pitch Competition.
Lestarya has an extensive background in product management and user experience research in the tech industry. Lestarya managed new automotive business worth over $1B for Intel - all of those cars are on the road today. After automotive, Lestarya moved to robotics to accelerate development & development of robotics across industries.
In her free time, Lestarya enjoys camping & hiking with her husband, 2 year old daughter, and dog named Pharrell.
Charlie Kawasaki
Charlie has over 40 years’ experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, network engineering, and AI/machine learning. He has launched eight venture backed companies and created dozens of software and networking-based products. For 18 years, Charlie served as a technical leader and CTO for Oregon-based PacStar, recently acquired by Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions for $400 million. He is now a Venture Partner at Oregon Venture Fund, and also advises multiple tech startups.
Charlie currently serves on the board of the Technology Association of Oregon, the Oregon State University EECS department industry advisory board and executive committee, and the Mount Hood Community College industry advisory council for cybersecurity. Charlie manages NW Cyber Camp, a leading cybersecurity summer camp for high school students.
Rick Richard
Rick is a serial entrepreneur with over 33 years of experience in enterprise and custom software development. As the founder of 5 separate companies, his background spans the educational software, events & sports management software, custom mobile app development, as well as staffing and workforce management industries. Rick served as the founder of Groove Development for 10 years which was one of the largest custom mobile app development companies in the Pacific Northwest, with key partners such as Nike, Motorola, and many others.
Rick is currently the CEO of StaffUp, a rapidly growing SPaaS (Staffing platform as a service) company, serving some of the nation's largest staffing agencies.
Dianne Jarvis Lumsden
Nearly 6 years of experience working in crypto and Web3, Dianne spent the past 2 years as a front end software engineer, and now delving into the exciting realm of developer relations and community education within Web3.
