Tier 1: Hot Sunday paddle around Ross Island

The Plan:
It's gonna be a warm Sunday, so let's do an easy close-in paddle around Ross island. We'll meet at Sellwood park 10AM, prep boats on the grass, and be on the water by 10:30. We'll launch from the beach, paddle past the awesome floating homes and try to land somewhere on Ross island to stretch our legs - so bring a snack and of course plenty of water/drinks, hat, sunscreen, and wear your PFD.

We're going early enough to hopefully avoid afternoon winds, but if we can't make it around the island, we'll just go at a comfortable pace and turn back when the group is tired.
