Tier1: Night time dancing on the beach Take2. Lets try a new location!

FUN UPDATE: Tali wearing disco pants last time was inspiring to add an invitation to wear fun/funky/disco clothes for this outing. Can be a nice touch.

Last week we had a lot of fun dancing on the beach at sunset. Lets do it again. And lets try a new location.
This time we can try to extend it a bit longer. We sure had to cut it short the last time.

The Plan:
Let's go to an island at sunset, have some fun, snack, swim, watch the sunset and Dance!
Meeting at 7pm, hoping to be on the water by 7:30

And on the way back we paddle with the lights.

The vision involves being a no/low alcohol event.

1 mile paddle. Expected to be calm, but will depend on the weather. We are crossing Columbia river. This section generally has very mild current and easy conditions, but prepare to be splashed on, just in case.

Location:
Chinook Landing is pretty easy to access, since the highway takes us there quite fast and there is almost never traffic there.
WE ARE NOT LAUNCHING AT THE DOCKS.
Follow these directions:
Park right after you pass the pay station. Parking is $5. You can buy the ticket after you park. We will meet on the lawn at these coordinates:
45.561560, -122.439167 (copy/paste it into google maps)
We are launching off the beach.

What to pack:
- Kayak (SUP, canoe, bathtub) and all the accessories (seats, skeg, paddles, pump, PFD)
-Lights (try to be visible from all sides)
- Water
- Snacks
- Wearing a bathing suit might be nice in case we swim, change of clothes
- Towel
