Tier 1: Willamette & Molalla Rivers + Optional Dahlia Festival

Details
Let's meet by the boat ramp around 10:45, inflate the kayaks and hopefully hit the water by 11:15. We will go upstream on the Willamette River to the confluence with the Molalla River and attempt to go upstream on the Molalla. Last year we managed to go quite a distance, and it was very beautiful. If we find that the smaller river is not navigable, we will stay on the Willamette. Regardless, we will turn around after about an hour and head back. There is a beach along the way where we can stop for a picnic and possibly a swim. Anyone who doesn't want to participate is welcome to keep going back to the starting point.
