Morning Photo Walk - Oregon City - Promenade and Willamette Falls

Details
DETAILS:
TOTAL DISTANCE: <4 miles
ELEVATION GAIN: 200 ft.
PACE: ~2.0 mph
ESTIMATED HIKING TIME: ~ 2.0 hours
RATING: Easy to Moderate, some stairs, mostly pavement
Description: A photographic opportunity and walk along the Oregon City Promenade, with views of Willamette Falls, downtown, and some grunge industrial areas.
We will begin at the Museum of the Oregon Territory, walk along the bluff of the Promenade, then drop down the stairs to downtown. We will take the Elevator back up to the bluff and return to the museum.
The museum opens at 10 AM and is worth a visit if you have time after the hike. There is a fee for museum entry, but parking is free.
I selected this time window as the weather forecast is partly cloudy (better for photography) and comfortable temperatures.
Information:
My hiking style is to pay attention to our surroundings and take photos of whatever captures my eye. Please do not expect this to be a fast-paced hike.
We also need to keep a pace and not stop too often or for too long, or we'll never finish.
Know that I am a passionate hobbyist photographer, not a “pro”, not a camera expert, nor a classroom teacher. This is not a photo workshop; we are shooting for pleasure, perhaps asking questions and sharing tips on composition and photo processing. I'm sure we will learn from each other.
Smartphone cameras are fine for this walk, but bring whatever gear you like.
