Desayuno Me Mucho

First of all, ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS! to our Kate M for tipping us off that this brand new restaurant just opened!

MX21 is brand-spankin' nuevo, even the building was just built there from the ground up. They open at 10am, a half-hour later than our usual time, so make note of that.

At the moment, they're in their "soft opening" phase, so maaaaybe they will tweak a thing or dos on the menu, but also maybe not. And here's that menu now: https://mx21pdx.com/menu.

The daily brunch stuff is on the second page, but when we go the whole menu is available. So, although not listed under the brunch section, common Mexican breakfast items like quesadillas and chili rellenos can be had, or any "non-breakfast" options. There was a guy there when I went yesterday who got one of the pulpo🐙 dishes that looked pretty amazing. Some good vegetarian and vegan options too.

We will be at a reserved pair of 8-tops on the ground level, and they did confirm that separate checks would be ok as long as we don't play musical chairs. However, if you think of it, maybe bring cash to make it a little easier on whomever is our server.
