This event is co-organized with Portland Metro Veggies, Portland's largest meetup group for vegan, vegetarian, and veg-curious folks.
Veggie board gamers come together to eat, play games and make friends. (We also enjoy just chatting, and recommending restaurants to each other.) Come learn new games and meet new people, every Monday. This event is also listed in the Portland Metro Veggies group, and most people RSVP there, but you can RSVP to either one.
FOOD
The menu is 100% vegan.
GAMES
Bring a game if you can!
We tend to play party games and other light games, but strategy games and other medium-weight games are welcome too. I always bring a variety of games.
Past plays include games like Codenames, Forbidden Island, Ticket to Ride, Camel Up, Just One, Dixit, Deep Sea Adventure, Chameleon, Splendor, and Azul.
LOGISTICS
We'll try to find space indoors, but maybe out on the back patio if the weather's not too bad. Look for the people playing games, and the short green sign that says "Veggie Board Games". Message Evan or comment if you have trouble finding us. (See description for details).
