My name is Laura JE:Hamilton and I'm a Canadian farm girl turned Empowerment Coach who has had the privilege of travelling the world to get myself in the room with some of the modern day renowned thought leaders of our time and what I discovered after I compared myself to them and ripped myself to shreds compared to them is that there is a kinder way. That way is love of self and others and that's the kind of space we're going to hold for ourselves this afternoon in the first Mental Health Summit of its kind.

On my quest to here, and to producing the March program I'll be offering as a follow-on, by donation, value-adding daily dive into what it means to be a PEACEFULL INNER Warrior and how we can best stand united now, with a SPECIAL Practice that will keep us disciplined and vibing high.

I discovered a lot of nuggets I want to help you inner-stand!

Every other Tuesday at this time Jared Wade of Mad Hatters Music - www.madhattermusic.org - and I join forces with other conscious musicians who feel called to unite in a musical project that can truly help us harmonize the world, while we learn about how to soothe ourselves energetically in the process. Join us next week (March 9 & 23 @3:30est) and get your song submission in before the April 2, 2021 deadline.

This in-between week, is a spontaneous Mastermind meeting where we will discuss mental health, music, the nervous system, and emotional clearing to cut ourselves free from the past; I will also share a quick and easy visualization exercise/guided process to sever the cords of negativity that bind us to a not now moment outside of the pre-sent one. Some of the contributing artists to "Album 22" may be able to attend (I decided to host it yesterday because it felt inspired) and so you'll begin to meet some of the leaders who are casting spells with their words and the frequencies in their music; I'll explain what I mean by that.

It's going to be a deep and insightful dive that I believe anyone open to gaining tools to maneuver uncertainty would benefit from attending and is a super cool project to be part of. I hope you will choose to join in!

The deadline for song submissions is April 2, 2021 - email them to jredwade@gmail.com - and in the summer we will release a joint venture of 22ish featured conscious artists from around the world.

  • Only one submission per individual can be chosen, though artists can make multiple submissions to increase odds.
  • A donation per song submission is requested and will go toward the publishing and promoting costs once the project is ready.
  • There will be 22 song slots on the album
  • The theme is the Sacred Sojourn of the Soul (the hero's journey) so music geared toward growth, transformation, break throughs and self-realization are great submission options.
  • Healing frequencies and tones embedded into the music with awareness of the higher level aspects of what is happening energetically.

We are the ingredients of a beautiful mosaic pattern of great complexity so let's start appreciating one another as such!
