Moving Through The Illusion With Yoga Teacher Estie Spivakov & Laura JeH

Estie Spivakov is a yoga teacher from Vaughan who I feel is the perfect guide to lead us through our first PEACEFULL INNER Warriors United SPECIAL Practice Yoga Class together.

Laura JeH will open the space and be participating in the zoom room on mute during the class so I can enjoy the flow sequence that Estie will be guiding us through. We will stop receiving live participants who will be consenting to your image being recorded and used as part of a live class. Having a SPECIAL Practice is essential for these crazy times and so let us together recollect ourselves while on our respective mats, remembering that Jesus said "you are not a tree" so you can pick up your life and move if the land no longer nourishes your soul. Or you can choose to call yourself back to the moment so you can get yourself back into this pre-sent moment.
