A simple meditation focusing on Peace

Peace with all the animals, creatures, plants, stones, water, air, fire
Peace in ourselves

Peace in the world
Peace in all

Following a simple drum rhythm:
Walking in place (inside or out, barefoot or with shoes) - slightly lift & put down left foot, slightly lift & put down right foot
or
Sitting - touching thumb to forefinger, thumb to middle finger, thumb to ring finger, thumb to pinky

Before we start, you can prepare a symbolic offering in your home - it could be:
A piece of fruit or vegetable, a crumb from your bread
A flower, leaf, branch, stone, or feather from outside
A dish or glass of water
Lighting a candle

Place this in a central area where you will see it and be reminded of the rhythm and connection to Peace
