Join us for a 30 min “Guided breathwork meditation and Group lesson,” followed by a group practice where we will practice the breathing exercises taught in the clinic. An optional short Q&A to make sure members feel confident in their ability to incorporate these skills into their daily routines will follow!
This will be a LIVE lesson and practice session taught by E-RYT, and owner of The Yoga Alliance certified school & studio, @MoyoYoga, Maureen Priest.
