Welcome to our Yoga and Breath Meetup Group! This group is for anyone interested in moving the body and becoming more intentional with the breath. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this group is open to all levels. Join us for a unique monthly experience of week one - gentle yoga; week two - gentle yoga with a twist; week three - wall series; and week four - gentle yoga with yoga nidra (a meditative experience).
