Winster 13 and a half

This walk is 13.5 miles long, from Winster we head over to Stanton Moor taking in the Nine Ladies Stone Circle, before circling round to Alport via the pretty village of Stanton in the Peak. We then use the Limestone Way to take us up to Robin Hood Stride and the Hermits Cave before heading back to Winster.

It is longer than our usual walks so please make sure you are fit enough to walk 13.5 miles.

You will need a pack up and plenty of liquid.

Well behaved dogs are welcome but MUST BE ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES.

We will meet in the free car park next to the primary school on the B5057 Wensley Road as you come into Winster from Darley Dale. What3Words stunt.minerals.width.
