Not all ketogenic diets are the same. There's some possible longer term issues with thyroid health, and there may be improved physical performance during endurance exercises for some types of ketogenic diets.
We'd like to understand the benefits for going out of a ketogenic state for a short period of time, and how best to get back into a ketogenic state after a 'cheat' day. We'll go over Traditional Keto, Targeted Keto, and Cyclical Keto.
We'll also discuss how to study the effects of these diets among our members to see what works best. We're especially looking for anyone who's set up experiments or run them. Come join us for what will be a lively event with practical advice. Novices and experts are welcome!
