About us
A welcoming community space for adults who want a kinder relationship with their bodies and experiences
The Compassionate Bodies Project is for anyone feeling disconnected from their body, overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply curious about exploring their body with more compassion. No “fixing” needed, just come as you are. You can participate as much or as little as you want.
What to expect:
Gentle body-based check-ins
Simple reflective exercises
Shared conversation (only if you want)
A calm, non-judgmental space
This is a peer-led group with a facilitator.
Your welcome here, come as you are!
