A welcoming community space for adults who want a kinder relationship with their bodies and lived experiences.

The Compassionate Bodies Project is for anyone who feels disconnected from their body, overwhelmed, or simply curious about exploring their body with more compassion. There is no fixing or pressure, you are welcome exactly as you are. You can take part as much or as little as feels right for you.

During the session, you can expect:

  • Gentle, body-based check-ins
  • Simple reflective and experiential exercises
  • Shared conversation (always optional)
  • A calm, supportive, non-judgmental environment

This is a peer-led group with a facilitator to gently guide the session and hold the space.
You don’t need to bring anything, just yourself.
