We are a community of women over 50 living with ADHD, autism, and many forms of neurodiversity.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, self-identified, or simply searching for a space where you no longer feel the need to "mask", you are welcome here.
Together, we create the connection so many of us have searched for - sharing our stories, supporting one another through challenges, and celebrating unique strengths that make us who we are.
