About us
Welcome to the Pencil Pushers Beginner Sketching Social Club. If you have ever wanted to learn how to draw but felt intimidated by a blank page, this is the place for you. We focus on low-pressure, beginner-friendly sketching sessions where the goal is simply to get comfortable with a pencil and paper. You do not need any prior experience or fancy supplies to join us, just a willingness to try something new and learn the basics in a supportive environment.
Our meetings are as much about the social side of things as they are about art. We spend our time working through guided exercises and sharing tips, but we also make plenty of room for conversation and getting to know one another. Whether you are looking to pick up a new hobby or just want to spend a relaxing hour or two around other people who are also learning the ropes, we would love to have you drop by. Come pull up a chair and sketch with us.
