Learn to make four different varieties of (South) Indian pancakes, spicy chutney and sambar (spicy vegetable + lentil stew). We will make masala dosa, adai, pesarattu and pepper dosa, all vegan. I will have copies of recipes at the event.
We will also make a vegan South Indian dessert.
I will provide soymilk, bring beverage of your choice if you wish.
Bring your own plate, cup, utensils.
