It's FREE ADMISSION DAY at the California Academy of Sciences where there is plenty of educational fun for people of all ages!!!

Based in Golden Gate Park, the California Academy of Sciences is a destination like no other and a must-see San Francisco museum. It’s the only place on Earth to house an aquarium, planetarium, and natural history museum—all under one living roof.

From the splashing penguins in African Hall to the wildflowers on the roof, the building is bursting with life. A four-story living rainforest and awe-inspiring coral reef ecosystem showcase Earth’s biodiversity, while immersive planetarium shows offer a new perspective on the planet we call home. You can drop by any time between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM...

This is more like an open activity rather than an actual meet-up, so there's no specific meet-up time. The Academy opens at 11:00AM and people can get there as late as 4:00PM So you can go for a couple of hours or for the whole day. I just wanted to post this event because of its enrichment value, and because this is one of only four free days per year.
