Adult ADHD Support - Monday

Adults with ADHD or ADHD traits are invited to join us as we share ideas, strategies and a little bit of brain science.

It’s also a great chance to remind ourselves that we are not alone in our struggles.

This week is Part Two of Executive Function Overview and Strategy Extravaganza!

In a couplele weeks we will start looking at long-term planning leading up to managing the holidays.

We’ll have fun, we’ll have snacks and we’ll be more equipped to manage life with ADHD.

Meetings are at 7722 N Allen Rd. Park and enter around back.
