Perimenopause & Menopause: Education, Support & Community is a welcoming, science-based space for women navigating the hormonal transitions of midlife.
If you’re experiencing things like changes in sleep, mood, energy, weight, libido, or overall sense of self — and feeling confused, dismissed, or under-informed — you are not alone.
This group exists to:
Demystify perimenopause and menopause
Provide evidence-based education (not fads or fear-mongering)
Create honest, supportive conversations
Help women feel informed, empowered, and less alone
We’ll explore topics like:
What’s actually happening hormonally in midlife
Symptoms no one warned you about (and why they make sense)
Sexual health, desire, and body changes
Strength, metabolism, bone health, and longevity
How to advocate for yourself in healthcare
Events may include live educational sessions, expert-led talks, guided discussions, and occasional in-person meetups.
This group is inclusive, respectful, non-judgmental, and designed for women who want real information and real community.
