Good morning. Welcome to the group. My name is Lee Richter. I hope you are having a great morning. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need help financing or putting a deal together. I am always working with others to put deals together.
You might tell me a little about yourself if you get a chance.
My main areas of expertise in real estate are working with others to fund and structure creative deals and rentals/land-lording.
Real estate is not a hobby or a get-rich-quick process in this group, but it is worth the effort. This group consists of focused, serious like-minded individuals with varied academic/career backgrounds gathering together for one purpose--to build wealth using real estate.
Our meetings are on the third Thursday of every month. People grow through education, networking, and "doing deals." You might plan on coming early or staying late after the presentations because quite a few people hang out and talk shop.

The beginning place for all investors to gain knowledge in investment real estate is to work with others and ask questions. All the active investors I know of are always willing to work together to make deals happen. By working together, you gain knowledge of others' expertise and make more money.
