- Practice may be experienced on the floor or a bed
- $30 drop in, includes recording & coaching support

- $200 for series of 8 classes that explore different leg muscle groups: glutes/hips, hip flexors, quads, hamstrings, outer thighs, inner thighs, calves/feet, shins/feet
