Ballroom Fit – Dance for All Abilities
Ballroom Fit is a registered NDIS provider, offering inclusive dance activities under Innovative Community Participation.
Our programs are designed to support people living with disability to connect socially, build confidence, improve coordination and enjoy the many physical and emotional benefits of dance.
We currently offer the following activities:
- Ability Dance – for people with an intellectual disability
- Vision Impaired Dance – for individuals who are blind, deafblind or have low vision
- Para Dance – for wheelchair users
- Chair Dancing – delivered in residential aged care settings, suitable for older adults with limited mobility
Our classes are welcoming, adaptable, and designed to bring the joy of movement to every body.
