Early mornings are the best part of the day, so before the local community pack out the beach and park and the temp reaches its 40 tees. I will be having a Stretch, Walk, Swim and Chill ? With some percolated coffee, home made fruit mince pies and cream.

Please bring your own chair and something for yourself to eat and drink I may be able to share a pie or two :)

If you feel like doing the same you can find my deck chair on the lawn where I will use a orange witches hat for my location.

From 7 am to 730 am a morning stretch Qi-gong inspired.

730 to 8am a walk around the network at whitfords nodes with some nice views.

8am to 9am a swim and chill on the beach you can find us with the big brown teddy that doubles as a pillow then back to the park for coffee and a bite to eat.
