About us
Peterborough Humanists is a local group of Humanists UK. We get together once a month and chat about a variety of humanist-related topics: science, philosophy, sociology, culture, education, psychology, history and so on.
We are a warm and friendly group so there is friendly chat, hot beverages and tasty biscuits after the meeting. We also have social evenings every couple of months.

Peterborough Humanists at the Pride Parade
Stanley Recreation Park, 25–99 Stanley Road Peterborough PE1 England,, Peterborough, GBThis year Peterborough Humanists will once again be joining the Peterborough Pride parade! Peterborough Pride is a city-wide celebration of the LGBTQIA+ community in Peterborough and the eastern region of the UK. The parade starts at Stanley Rec (PE1 1SZ), making it’s way through the city to the Embankment where there will then be a full afternoon of celebrations with live performances and stalls. Please note that the parade is free and open to everyone, but the Pride festival is a ticketed event. If you do wish to attend the festival, it is cheaper to buy your ticket in advance, and under18s go free.
