Blood Pressure Screening
This is a drop-in event. Screenings will be provided as time and resources allow. Take charge of your health! Join us for a FREE health screening, where you can get your blood pressure checked. You will get all the results of your screening the same day. Based on the screening results, you will be provided educational and referral resources to help improve your health. Ages 18 & up; FREE.
