About us
Hello everyone!
We're a gaming group in New Westminster, BC that hosts in-person video game events, board game nights, and artist hangouts. We originally started out as a video gaming group in an apartment, and have since expanded to hosting many varieties of geeky events from our own dedicated venue as a registered nonprofit. We also host online events and casual social gatherings to bring more variety to the community and open opportunities for making new friends!
We aim to be a beginner-friendly option for those who wish to dip their toes into gaming and build a cozy third place for the New West community- everyone is welcome!

Friendsday Night Board Games

This event is a casual gaming group featuring board game & party game fun. Feel free to bring games if you'd like, but we also have a reasonable library to choose from if you don't feel like lugging boxes up and down the hills of New West. Drop in to play games with fellow nerds in a cozy atmosphere with cheap food & drinks!(Food and drink is available at 50% off, courtesy of the kitchen above us.)
FOOD ORDERS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IF: The Comedy Club is too busy

- $5 Venue Fee (UPDATE: CASH is $5, e-transfers are $6.25 because of banking fees)
- Venue capacity is 25 people
- PLEASE PREREGISTER ON MEETUP You will need to sign-in on our check-in sheet otherwise, and you may be turned away if we're at capacity!
- WE CLOSE THE DOOR AROUND 8PM/9PM
PLEASE send @Volunteers in our #★event-chat channel on discord if you are locked out and we can come get you! (see link below for our discord server!) - All ages are welcome, but minors under the age of 13 must be supervised by an appropriate guardian
