We all spend our lives with to-do lists that never get done and in a culture that celebrates being busy. As a result, we’re overwhelmed and exhausted saying “yes” to things we don’t have the bandwidth for and totally unsure how to get out from under it all.
What’s worse? Our hustle culture has convinced us this is how we get ahead, but actually, this cycle is making us less successful at work, in life, and in our careers at large.
Dana will share a better way to approach productivity and success. In this talk, she will cover:
- How we’re usually the people putting the pressure on ourselves
- The key to finding the right things on your to-do list so you can get more done and still get home for dinner
- The 6Ds that can make room in your schedule (and that your boss will be on board with)
- A 3-part system that can create time in your schedule and progress on your most important goals
