Hallowmas Ritual of Transformation

Hallowmas, also known as Samhain ("Summer's End"), All Souls Night, All Hallows Eve, and Final Harvest, is recognized in The Mysteries as a liminal time, a time of transition and deepening into the dark half of the year. Hallows night is between the worlds, outside of time, belonging to neither past nor future, to this world nor to worlds that lie beyond our immediate experience and understanding. Traditionally, Hallows is a time to honor our ancestors and to seek their guidance and wisdom. As women, our bodies are hundreds of thousands of years old! We inherit the ancestral knowing and wisdom of our maternal lineage, even if individual women in our lineages may have struggled and have been unable achieve and transmit their best. Our maternal lineage is a collective of all that has been known including the wildness of nature, our primaeval Great Mother and Her worship from a time before patriarchy. This knowing and wisdom can never be appropriated or taken away. It is our inheritance, a treasure that is held deeply within. We gather as a community of women, the veil thin and permeable in Hallows season, to discern the wisdom and receive the blessings of our ancestral mothers. Join us.
