12p Sat. March 22: we discuss Dostoevsky's GRAND INQUISITOR, @ CC's on Esplanade

Details
Join us Saturday, March 22, noon to 1:30p at CC's Coffee on Esplanade Ave. (between North Broad and City Park). We might be in their community room -- to the right, before the bathrooms, as you walk in -- or in the main area or outside. Come and leave anytime.
We'll discuss a 35-page commentary of THE GRAND INQUISITOR, a story within the story of the Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky (1880 novel). That commentary is by Charles B. Guignon and can be found at
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1RB6B6Okfqaq5aH2TJlt8Ewt0qqzsn7zs/view?usp=sharing
The tale of the Grand Inquisitor itself is about 20 pages.
The text -- Book 5, Chapter 5 of the novel -- is free online, like at
https://www.gutenberg.org/files/28054/old/28054-pdf.pdf
LibriVox audio (about 1 hour) at
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEG61N7cBcY
The Guignon commentary is just a suggestion. Lots of material available online. Prepare for the discussion any way you see fit. We'll put our heads together (:
