What Does It Mean to Love?
with Sarah Paz
An Open Philosophical Dialogue
What does it truly mean to love?
We use the word love every day—toward our partners, children, friends, family, even the things and ideals that give meaning to our lives. But how often do we stop to ask what love actually is?
Is it a feeling? A choice? A virtue? Can we learn to love better? And what can philosophy teach us about one of the most universal human experiences?
Join us at New Acropolis Deerfield Beach for a warm and informal philosophical conversation. This is not a lecture. It is an invitation to sit together, exchange perspectives, listen, reflect, and perhaps leave seeing something familiar with new eyes.
No previous knowledge of philosophy is needed. Just bring your curiosity and your willingness to share a meaningful morning with new people.
We’ll also celebrate our August birthdays together with coffee, something sweet, and good company.
Come as you are. Bring your questions.
Sometimes the most beautiful conversations begin with a simple question.
