What we’re about

For lovers of Wisdom.

Philosophy for the body and the mind.

What is your philosophy in life? Is it just eat, drink and be merry?

The School of Philosophy is a monthy opportunity for members of the community to meet and discuss, in some depth, a philosophical topic of self-help and self-improvement.

We come together socially in public venues and share ideas about life's big questions in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This is a peer support group for philosophers and for people interested in philosophy.

The venues are New Farm library adjacent t New Farm park but a few members after the meetup will have a drink and meal at a nearby cafe/bar/restaurant.

This discussion is hosted by philosophers from the Brisbane Stoics as part of the its ongoing engagement with the broader Brisbane community.
