Head Right Brewing launched on May 20 with an easy-drinking tap list, a full bar and kitchen.

On July 1, PCBC will be making its first-time debut at HRB. It is led by Andy Harden (original brewer for Four Peaks Brewing Co), Tom BoBo, and Rocky Arredondo — all big names in the Arizona brewing community.
HRB has twelve taps, with one guest tap.

Their beers include Hazy IPA, Mexican Amber Lager, American Light Lager, Session IPA, Lager, Orange Wit, Vienna Style lager, Smash Pils, and American IPA. They are expecting to be applying names to these brews, and Rory's Irish Stout and Walk of Shame Wheat are coming soon and should be available before our visit.

Be aware, the building is set back from Waddell on 143rd, behind the Dale's Town & Country, and an old feed grain store. Pass through the gate, and the brewery will be visible.

It's been more than three years since PCBC last visited Original Gravity, so let's do it again!

Since their inception in May 2017, they've dedicated themselves to crafting an exceptional dining and drinking experience. At Original Gravity, they take pride in their unique approach to gastronomy. We'll be there on Wednesday, July 22nd posted up inside (or outside if the weather is nice!) from 5:30pm-7:30pm
