Ok, so this game is a lot of fun and easy to play in a park! Its a simple game! You toss boules AKA "metal balls" hoping to be closer than your opponent to the JACK( the jack is the doodad you toss out so you know where to toss your boules(metal balls)). That's basically the game! Closest boule makes a point, 13 points to win. ANYONE can play this game and have a great time(provided you can toss a metal ball weighing somewhere on the lighter side of 1.5LBS) I'm trying to get more folks aware of this game because i find it both fun and engaging as well as cheap to play. All it costs you is 3 metal balls or boules and your pride if you get bested. The sunshine is free!!! If this gathering takes off I'll start a league in Phoenix; come laugh with me, and at me, as we play a very old game that folks in Phoenix could come to cherish!
