Free Real Estate Workshop: How to Pick A Real Estate Investor Mentor (M-Series)

Most successful real estate investors learned how to invest in real estate from a mentor. Proven mentors are critical because they can help you learn things about the business that you won't find in a book or any other educational piece and they especially help you avoid costly mistakes.

But how do you pick one? That's a tricky question since there are multiple so-called "mentorships" that come to town for a weekend, selling $20,000 to $60,000 programs, and then leave. Their "mentorships" possibly consist of a week of in-person interaction and the remainder of the year they simply provide you with other educational materials, webinars and phone conferences. This is like trying to learn karate by watching YouTube videos and then getting in the ring with a black belt. You're probably going to get beat up.

Not to mention the fact that these "mentors" often have not done a deal, or they haven't done a deal lately, or they aren't doing deals in the Phoenix area. This workshop will lay out some very specific criteria for choosing the right real estate mentor, one of which is especially choosing a mentor who is active in the market that you want to invest in.
